HELLA appoints Jörg Weisgerber and Stefan van Dalen, two executives from its own ranks, to the Management Board

Lippstadt, 06. February 2023. The HELLA Shareholder Committee has decided to appoint Jörg Weisgerber and Stefan van Dalen as new members of the Management Board of HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA. Jörg Weisgerber will take over the management of HELLA's global electronics business on April 1, 2023; Stefan van Dalen will become the new Managing Director of the Lifecycle Solutions Business Group also on April 1, 2023. They succeed Björn Twiehaus and Dr. Lea Corzilius, who, at their own request and for personal reasons, agreed with the Shareholder Committee in December 2022 to terminate their contracts by mutual consent against the background of the contractually agreed special termination rights following a change of control.

Jörg Weisgerber (52) and Stefan van Dalen (52) both joined HELLA back in 2016. Jörg Weisgerber has since served as a member of the Executive Board Electronics. In this role, he was responsible for the electronics business in North and South America. Prior to that, the electrical engineer spent around 20 years at IEE, an international sensor specialist. From 2006, he headed the company's development department in the USA; later, as President, he was responsible for IEE's US national subsidiary.

Stefan van Dalen has held various management positions at HELLA – most recently he was Executive Manager of the international spare parts and workshop business and a member of the Executive Board of the Lifecycle Solutions Business Group. Before joining HELLA, the Dutchman spent over 20 years in senior supply chain management roles at Robert Bosch.
